IMPORTANT:

Purrfect Hoodies primarily sells personalised clothing. Personalised orders are not returnable and cannot be cancelled unless there is a quality issue or faulty.

When your personalised order is placed our designers will review your order, create the design and then send it to our print on demand partner.

Once the order has been sent to our print on demand partner, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned even if it hasn’t yet been delivered to you.

If after placing an order online and paying for it, and before it is sent to our print on demand partner you can request your order is cancelled or modified by contacting us immediately on hello@purrfecthoodies.co.uk.  However there is no guarantee that we will be able to honour this request if the order has already been placed with our print on demand partner.

If in doubt do not order unless you are certain that it meets your requirements and you are able to pay for it.
